HOW DO I ORDER A PRODUCT ON THE POSTER LIST?
When you see an product you like, click on "Add To Cart" and continue shopping until you are ready to complete your purchase. For items (Frames, 2 for $20 posters, Poster & Frame combo you will need to type what poster you would like or what color frame in the adjacent field. Then, click on "Check Out" from your cart to verify your items, and enter your shipping/payment information. Once you've verified your information is correct, click on "Submit My Order!" to finish.
We do not accept Returns or Exchanges. If you received a defective, or wrong item, we'll gladly/quickly replace it. The wrong or defective item needs to be shipped back (we will reimburse you for the return shipping.) The original shipping cost is non-refundable. We use Paypal to process our Credit Card orders. Paypal is 100% and Secure. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover are all accepted.
After placing your order, The Poster List will send you an email confirming your order. You will receive a second email when your order ships. You will also receive an email if we are out of stock of an item.
The Poster List ships primarily with USPS Priority/First Class. US orders take anywhere from 3-8 days. We ship our frames via UPS Ground. It takes generally 5-7 days in the U.S. and 7-9 days to Canada. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class. International shipping DOES NOT include any additional duties or taxes that are due upon entry of the destination country.
